Not All Will-Writers Are The Same;

price is no indication of quality

Did you know that the initial price quoted by many solicitors and wills writers for making your will often shows little correlation to the final cost you will be asked to pay? Did you know that the price quoted often fails to reflect the quality of the will:  the most expensive is not necessarily the best, but nor is the cheapest necessarily the worst.

Selecting your will writer by using price alone  (e.g. The lowest quote price ) is a very risky method and potentially very expensive way to choose your will writer.

Our FREE ‘Guide to Making Your Will’ explains in greater detail why selecting your will-writer on price alone is to be avoided. It shows how we save our clients significant fees when compared to the typical ‘total’ package offered by many of our competitors - even though our initial price quote might be greater.

To read how we achieve these savings, and also the trade secret that many will-writers and solicitors would prefer you not to know please request our ‘Guide to Making Your Will.  It’s free. Simply register your interest.

Goodwill: It’s origins

You may have heard
of the word ‘Goodwill’  Do you know where it came from?

Historically solicitor practices were valued by the number of
‘good’ wills they held
in their safe for
their clients.

A ‘good will’ was a
will where the solicitor was appointed as executor, and therefore likely to earn money
on their client’s
future death.
