Did you know ... Not all wills are the same. Same not will-
It is pleasing to find an independent body, such as the National Consumer Council, undertaking an unbiased report. Their findings are welcome news.
More importantly though is that because their research was independent, looked at
a significant number of cases, their findings are believable. Had they found against
will writers their findings would still, in our opinion, have carried more weight
than any of the research undertaken by the Law Society who persistently used commissioned
reports -
