service:
- The supply of a legally-
valid will. We have many years experience of drafting Wills without error. And many satisfied customers too. We have set standards of service I.e. Your draft Will is produced within 7 days of your 1st meeting etc. These are explained in our 1st meeting.
- No travel time or costs: You do not waste your time travelling into your local town

- Relaxed atmosphere: The meetings are held in the comfort and relaxed atmosphere of your own home (rather than an oppressive, faceless office).
- Convenient appointment times: We call at times convenient to you, including evenings and weekends. There is no need for you to take time out from your work or to disrupt your daily schedule.

to- making the whole process more friendly and personal. You do not need to type into a faceless computer (as is required with online Wills) or write out an application form (as with a Wills-face discussion: by- Post service).

We do it though because we want to be sure that your Will is signed legally.

filling by you: We record your needs and wishes, and obtain your personal instructions. We do not supply you with a complex forms to read, then to understand, and then to complete -- which is the way you have to make your Will if you use a ‘Wills- by- Post’ service, or even some of our competitors. And, of course, if you are making your Will online you have to type all the information in.
- Draft wills are supplied: So you can peruse, check, and amend your initial instructions to ensure they meet your wishes exactly before we print off your master wills.
- Modern style wills: We draft all our Wills in a modern style so your Will is easy
for you to understand. Further, we provide an explanation of what you Will does -
to make your understanding even easier.
- We supply your ‘Last Will and Testament’ (a ‘Will’), as a bound document, printed on high quality paper. The Will includes a number of features designed to make fraudulent alteration or amendment very difficult.
- Copies Supplied Free: We provide as many copies of your Will as you need. Many of our competitors charges for the supply of even one copy.
- Funeral Arrangements: We provide templates for you to list your preferred funeral wishes, if you want to.
- Expressions of Wishes: We provide templates for you to copy if you wish to create expressions of wishes for your personal chattels, and guidance for your children’s guardians. We create the Expressions of Wishes for you when your will includes a discretionary trust.
- Hand-
holding: Throughout the process we explain what is about to happen, and what is going to happen shortly. There are never any nasty shocks. The client is looked after from beginning to the end of the process.
