Lasting Powers of Attorney are important documents. Our Home-Visit LPA service makes the task of making these documents easy.

When the service is complete you will have an LPA which is either :

ready to be registered (if you are going to arrange registration yourself); or
will have been registered at the Office of the Public Guardian (if you have used our ‘registration service’ to register the document).

We will travel further afield but reserve the right to charge extra for our time and travel costs.
