Below we list the prices for our 3 most popular Will and LPA bundles specifically designed for 2 people who are either either married, civil partners, or a cohabiting couple.

2P-Will Bundle: This bundle provides 2 people each with a legally valid Will. Required Trusts are included at no extra cost. If property tenancy needs to be changed to 'tenants in common' as part of our advice - this will also be undertaken at no extra cost to you.

And where appropriate we will draft side letters to support your Will - again at no extra cost to you.

2P 4-LPA(R) Bundle: This bundle provides 2 persons each with two registered Lasting Powers of Attorney ("LPAs"). Which means that the LPAs can be used immediately by the Donor's attorneys when we return the items, duly registered..

Cost: £520 + Disbursements (i.e. OPG Fees)

2P Will 4-LPA(R) Bundle: This bundle is, in effect, bundles 2P-Will Bundle and 2P 4LPA(R) Bundle added together.
