This following provides instructions on how to pay for our downloadable Estate Planning Pack.
You can pay for our services by transferring direct from your PAY PAL account, or by using anyone of these cards (with the exception of payment by direct debit which is not an option.)
To pay:
A. click on the ‘Buy Now’ button below. You should be taken to our secure PAY PAL ‘payment’ page. Here, you will need to zoom in to read the page if using a mobile device.
B. Please note: Some mobile devises will not give you access; if this is the case you will need to access our website from a desktop or notepad/netbook computer.
C. You can only purchase 1 EPP per purchase. (You should not need to purchase any more anyway as the document can be used for other family members.
D. Follow the prompts to arrange payment.
E. As part of the process you will be asked to enter your ‘HomeCode’. This is a security feature to help identification /reconciliation of payments - should there be a dispute. .If you do not insert a ‘homecode’ and you subsequently have a dispute we may not be able to help you.
F. We suggest your ‘HomeCode’ comprises the first three letter of your surname/last name, then your postcode.
G. e.g. Simon Jackson’s post code is ST5 9AF. His code is therefore:

H. When the transaction is complete you will be returned to a private page on this website where you can download all four pdf documents. However …
I. Before commencing any download make a note of the downloaded page name. This is written across the top of your web-browser. It will be something like ‘https//convenient-wills.co.uk/docs/EPPXXXXX’ where XXXXX are numerals.
J. Once you have safely recorded/noted that web address that you can then return to it within the next 14 days to either download the documents again or download those that you have not downloaded previously.
K. Note: We only guarantee to keep this page open for 14 days. The page will, in all likelihood, remain available for a significantly longer time period.
