We charge:
£ 95 for a single Will
£140 for two Wills for a married or cohabiting couple (i.e. £70 for each Will.)
£120 for the preparation of one LPA **
£140 for the preparation of two LPAs** i.e. £70 for each LPA
£180 for the preparation of four LPAs** i.e. £45 for each LPA
If you bought your Will or Wills at the same time as buying your LPAs ** then the price for a single LPA would reduce to £95, while 4 LPAs would cost £140 i.e. £35 each.
** This price is for the production of the document. It does not include our fees for arranging registration (which is an optional extra), nor does it include the fees charged by the Office of the Public Guardian at the time of registering the document.
