Right to Cancel
Instructions
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 day window of opportunity to cancel the contract if you so wish.
If you do not intend to cancel the contract then no further action is required.
If you do decide to cancel the contract then:
- Convenient Wills will refund any money paid by you to us in respect of the preparation of your Will(s) should you change your mind within 7 days from the date we sent you this ‘Right to Cancel’ form. After the expiration of this period Convenient Wills reserves the right to charge you for the advice given and for any work already carried out on your behalf in accordance with your instructions.
- Your ‘right of cancellation’ can be exercised by delivering, or sending (including by electronic mail to ‘cancel@convenient-
wills.co.uk) a cancellation notice to the proprietor of Convenient Wills at any time within the period of 7 days starting with the day of receipt of a notice in writing of ‘the right to cancel’ the contract. Your ‘notice of cancellation’ is deemed to be served as soon as it is posted or sent to us or in the case of electronic communication from the day it is sent to us. - To exercise your ‘right of cancellation’ please choose one of the following methods:
- Call us on 01782 639716 and leave your details. We will then call you back just to confirm receipt of your instructions; or
- Print off the form we sent you, fill in the details at the bottom, and then post the completed document back to us.
